Rapid Planning Method
What is the rapid planning method?
The Rapid Planning Method (RPM) is a time management technique created by Tony Robbins. It’s designed to help individuals gain clarity, focus, and control over their lives1.
RPM stands for the Rapid Planning Method, but it also represents a Results-oriented/Purpose-driven/Massive Action Plan2. The sequence of these three elements is critical. If you don’t know what you want (Result), why you want it (Purpose), and then create a plan for how to get to it (Massive Action Plan), in that order, your actions will not be sustainable through life’s challenges2.
Here are the three distinct steps that you must take to step into the RPM’s management technique2:
Result: Identify the desired result you want and/or need.
Purpose: Establish the purpose or the reason why you want that result.
Massive Action Plan: Get started on the plan of action to achieve your result.
RPM is more than just a time management system; it’s a system of thinking2. The goal in life is not to manage time, but to create a life that is absolutely fulfilling, a life that is always growing and contributing2. This method allows you to stay proactive while juggling all the aspects of your personal and professional life2.
